Voicemail
To access your voicemail press the message icon on the phone or dial *98. If you do not know your voicemail pin please submit a ticket to have it reset.
Call Forwarding
Dial *72, followed immediately by the 10 digit phone number you want to forward to Ex. *724105551258. Now press the dial button on your screen. Note: There is no prompt to dial the 10 digit forward-to number.
To deactivate forwarding, pick-up the receiver and enter *73. You will hear one beep and now the forwarding has been deactivated.
